The Court : GA/5/2003, GA/7/2004, GA/15/2014 and GA/22/2017 are taken up together. The report of the learned Registrar, Original Side dated 16th March, 2023 shows that all these applications are pending. However, only GA/15/2014 is placed before

this Court. Other applications are in before this Court for hearing. The Department is directed to place cause papers of GA/5/2003, GA/7/2004 and GA/22/2017 on the next date. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent in GA/15/2014 submitted that copies of the application has not been properly served. The petitioner shall serve a copy of GA/15/2014 on the adversaries. Affidavit-in-opposition shall be filed within three weeks. Affidavit-in-reply, if any, may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

Let the matter appear in the list on 13th June, 2023. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the applicant namely GA/15/2014 is not maintainable. The maintainability point shall be taken up at the time of hearing of the matter.
