This application for extension of mandate has been filed by the claimant on 13th January, 2025. It is submitted that arguments are over. Ms. Banerjee, learned advocate for the respondent does not deny the above fact.

Under such circumstances, the application is disposed of by extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
