The petitioner is at liberty to avail of such remedies as the petitioner is entitled to in law with regard to the reference.

Since the Arbitrator is in seisin of the disputes, the petitioner is at liberty to avail of the remedies under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All points raised by the parties are kept open. AP 32 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
