...for the State/respondent The Court:- The Advocate-on-Record of the award-debtor hands up a letter of the award-holder dated 21st November, 2023 by which the awardholder has acknowledged receiving an amount of Rs.20,67,502/- through RTGS on 21st November, 2023. The letter is kept on record. This amount is the entire payment as directed by the order dated 26th September, 2023. Learned counsel appearing for the award-holder submits that nothing further remains in EC.

The decree in terms of the awarded amount stands satisfied. EC/14/2021 along with all connected applications are disposed of in terms of above.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
