...for the award-holder The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 30th December, 2019.

Despite repeated orders of Court, the judgment-debtors have not been produced. It appears from the Report filed by the Department that despite repeated attempts, the judgment-debtors are not traceable and no alternative address of the judgment-debtors have been furnished by the award-holder. In such circumstances, EC-COM/79/2024 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award dated 30th December, 2019 after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to file a fresh application for enforcement of the awarded dated 30th December, 2019 in accordance with law if the circumstances so warrant.
