...for State The Court :- Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the costs on 25th January, 2024 at the office of the Commissioner of Police, Bidhan Nagar for implementation of the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that in the event such cost is deposited necessary help would be rendered. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents/borrowers submits that an order has been passed by the

learned DRAT-1 that possession may be taken, but the borrower should not be taken by surprise.

As the costs required to be deposited have already been deposited as per the petitioner, no further order need be passed in this regard. Let the authorities act in accordance with law and in terms of the orders passed by the Learned Tribunal.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be made available to the parties subject to compliance of usual formalities.
