The Court : It is submitted, upon instructions, on behalf of the decreeholder that the decree-holder does not want to proceed with this execution application and prays for leave to withdraw the same. In view of the aforesaid, EC No.27 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. The warrants of arrest issued in terms of the earlier orders of Court stand discharged.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution application, if the circumstances so warrant, in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
