The parties have filed the terms of settlement entered between the plaintiff and the defendants on 19th March, 2024. Counsel for the respective parties submit that the parties to the suit have settled their disputes by entering into the terms of settlement and prayed for disposal of the suit by making the terms of settlement dated 19th March, 2024 as part of the decree.

Considered the submission made by the counsel for the respective parties. Perused the terms of settlement. This Court finds that all the parties have entered into the terms of settlement and have executed the terms of settlement on 19th March, 2024. Thus, the terms of settlement dated 19th March, 2024 is accepted. Accordingly, CS-COM/2/2024 is disposed of in terms of the terms of settlement dated 19th March, 2024. The terms of settlement dated 19th March, 2024 along with its annexures be made part of the decree. Consequently, the connected application being GA-COM/1/2024 is also disposed of.

As the parties have settled their disputes and the suit is disposed of, issuance of writ of summons upon the defendants is dispensed with. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) RS
