The Court : Counsel for the petitioner is present. Petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of letters of administration in the Estate of the property of the deceased Kalpana Shukla, daughter of Kamala Prasad Shukla. The deceased died on 2nd August, 2019. The deceased was spinster and died issueless. The parents of the deceased were predeceased to the petitioner. The other legal heirs of the father of the deceased were his brother Kumud Vasudev Shukla who is also deceased and Upendra Kumar Shukla who is the petitioner herein. Their sister Sharda Indulal Bhatt is also deceased, wife of the petitioner is the only surviving hear of the father of the deceased. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner and the affidavit of assets, prayer (a) of the application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to furnish personal bond of Rs.16,00,000/- with two sureties within eight weeks from date.

PLA/14/2020 is disposed of accordingly.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the GA/1/2021 is listed today but the GA/1/2021 is also been disposed of. As per the prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, GA/1/2021 may be treated as disposed of.
