The Court: Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record. Upon hearing learned counsel for the appellants, we are satisfied that sufficient reasons have been disclosed, primarily due to non-availability of one of the purchasers, for not executing and having registered a Deed of Conveyance in terms of the direction dated November 26, 2024 passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the time to present the Deed of Conveyance for registration by the learned Receiver is extended till April 17, 2025. The time directed in the order dated October 11, 2023 and November 26, 2024 for the petitioner to file the undertaking and the duration for which such undertaking shall remain in force is also extended till the said date i.e. April 17, 2025.

GA No. 7 of 2025 is disposed of in terms of the above observations with no order as to costs.
