1. There is an error apparent on the face of the order as the decree has also been passed by the Delhi High Court and affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 17th September, 2015. Hence, paragraph 5 shall be deleted.

2. In paragraph 7 in the fourth line instead of 10% it should be 18% as directed by the Delhi High Court as would appear from the decree passed by the Delhi High Court.

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 18th July, 2025 and shall form part of this order.
