...for the Official Liquidator The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the Official Liquidator that by an order dated 9th November, 1998 the company, namely, A. Talukdar & Company (Fertilizer) Pvt. Ltd. had been directed to be wound up. Thereafter, by an order dated 6th September, 2010 the order of winding up was stayed and ultimately set aside.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this proceeding. It is also submitted on behalf of the Official Liquidator that there is no pending proceeding at this stage since the main company petition has been disposed of. In view of the aforesaid, CP/12/1998 alongwith all connected applications stand disposed of.
