The Court : This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering this application for general transfer under special grounds.

The petitioner submits that the application is pending before the Commissioner of School Education. He relies on a letter dated December 14, 2020 written by the petitioner to the Commissioner of School Education.

In the light of the same, the Commissioner of School Education is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order on the same within a period of eight weeks from date. In the event the Commissioner of School Education is unable to trace the application of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file the application afresh before the Commissioner of School Education. Since no affidavits have been filed in this matter, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.
