The Court: The application has appeared for extension of the time to deposit the bank guarantee as per the direction of this Court on January 30, 2025. The award debtor prays for an extension on the ground that, defects were pointed out by the department and the matter was delayed. The cash deposit has been made.

Under such circumstances, the prayer for extension of time is allowed. Mr. Dutta does not raise any objection. The award debtor shall furnish the bank guarantee within a period of three weeks from date, failing which the default clause will set in. The learned advocate on record for the award debtor shall communicate compliance, to the learned advocate on record for the award holder,

when the bank guarantee is furnished. The un-conditional stay, accordingly, stands extended for a period of three weeks from date. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) sp/
