This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitral tribunal which is going to expire on February 5, 2025. It is submitted that the witness action of the respondent is going on and it is unlikely that the arbitration proceeding will be concluded within February. Considering the progress made in the said arbitral proceedings, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate for a further period of eight months from the date of communication of this order.
