Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned for non-appearance of the learned advocate for the petitioner on the day the matter was taken up for consideration by the Court I recall the order dated 10th February, 2025. GA/1/2025 is disposed of.

The writ petition is restored to its original file and number. 4.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are incurable defects in the writ petition. Prayer has been made to permit the petitioner to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.

The writ petition is not appearing in the list today. 6.

Considering the nature of the prayer made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is treated as on day's list. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the same, accordingly, stands dismissed as 'withdrawn' with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action upon proper and better particulars. 7.
