It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that they are only limiting their challenge to an observation (at internal page 3 of the order) i.e., "Even on merits, petitioner is unprepared and is unable to assist this Court even in the third call". There are no grounds whatsoever to interfere with the order dated 9th December, 2025. The recording is an actual reflection of what had transpired in Court.

In view of the above, GA-COM/1/2026 stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
