Mr. R. L. Mitra, Advocate for the appellants The Court: Order in terms of prayer (a) of the stay petition. We dispose of this appeal dispensing with all formalities. We have perused the judgment and order under appeal dated 14th December 2023.

Letters of administration have been applied for and granted to the wife and two daughters of the deceased who incidentally are the only surviving heirs of the deceased.

Considering the above facts, we dispense with the requirement of furnishing a personal bond with sureties. The appellant may only furnish a personal bond executed jointly by the parties in the form of an undertaking to reimburse the estate to the extent of Rs.23,60,000/- in case of any loss to the estate caused by

them or any of them without the necessity of any security to back it up, e.g. cash, fixed deposit etc.
