The Court:- The petitioner claims to be aggrieved by the order dated 04.11.2022 passed by the Special Officer (Building) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

The writ petition has been filed on 15.01.2024, i.e. long after the impugned order was passed. The order is an appealable one. The writ court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the matter after such a long period of time.

Writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
