...for the respondent The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal. The application was made during subsistence of the mandate since the additional six months after one year expired on 28th December, 2023. This is the first extension prayed for.

The Court is informed that the claimant's second witness is presently being examined. Parties now seek an extension of six months for the Tribunal to make the Award.

AP-COM/43/2024 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate for a period of six months from 28th December, 2023.

The affidavit of service is kept on record.
