The Court : Mr.Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent Department submits that the matter has been taken up by the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal and judgment had been reserved on March 15, 2021. Since this writ petition has been filed for a mandatory direction upon the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal to hear out the application filed by the petitioner, the writ petition is now become infructuous.
