The Court: The order passed by the Executive Engineer (Civil)/Borough-VI Building Department, K.M.C. dated 21st November, 2023 is impugned in the present writ petition.

The order impugned is an appealable one. The private respondents have raised an objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition before this Court.

As it appears that there is a statutory provision for appeal, the aggrieved party can always approach the appellate forum for relief. The Court is not minded to exercise jurisdiction in the matter.

The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
