On 3rd August, 2022 the matter was taken up for hearing, none appears on behalf of either of the parties and for the interest of justice, the case was adjourned for two weeks.

Today when the matter is called, none appears on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation is sought for. Thus, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss the suit.

Accordingly, CS No. 1 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
