It has been signed by the appellant, the constituted attorney for the respondent no. 2 and their respective advocates.
It is submitted on behalf of the respondent no. 2 that other respondents have not participated in the proceedings inasmuch as the respondent no. 2 is the sole beneficiary/legatee under the subject Will. We find that the terms are valid and lawful. Let the terms be taken on record.
We pass a decree in accordance with the said terms of settlement binding the appellant and the respondent no. 2. The suit is decreed accordingly.
The present appeal (APD no. 52 of 2018) is disposed of in accordance with the above terms.
The department is directed to draw up the decree expeditiously.
