The Court: This is the second application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The first extension was granted on 12th September, 2023. The mandate is due to expire on 31st January, 2024. Learned counsel appearing for the parties have placed the relevant Minutes of the sittings and referred to the Minutes of the last sitting held on 12th January, 2024.

The Court is informed that the claimant (petitioner before the Court) has commenced its arguments in the Arbitration.

Considering the above submissions, AP-COM/48/2024 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate for a period of 4 months from 31st January, 2024.
