...for State The Court: Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record. An adjournment is sought by Ms. Sanchayita De on behalf of the State. However, in view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, such adjournment is refused. The State is directed to regularise the appointment of Ms. Sanchayita De to represent it in this particular matter. The petitioner/financial company prays for expeditious disposal of its pending application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. It transpires that the said application is pending inordinately, beyond the statutory outer limit.

Accordingly, WPO/34/2024 is disposed of by directing respondent No.2, the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the application of the petitioner/financial institution pending before the

respondent No.2 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 as expeditiously as possible, positively within fortnight from date. No order as to costs.
