The Court:- The award holder is represented and submits that during the pendency of this proceeding the entire awarded amount has been fully secured. It is also submitted on behalf of the parties that an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending before this Court. In view of the subsequent events, for the time being, no purpose would be served in keeping this proceeding pending. Accordingly, EC/30/2019 stands disposed of as infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.
