The Court: This is the fourth extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate. All the three orders are on record. The last extension was granted on 13th October, 2023 whereby the mandate was to expire on 17th January, 2024. The present application is filed within time. Learned counsel appearing for the parties now pray for the fourth extension of three months for making of the Award. Considering that several extensions have already been granted, AP/13/2024 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate, hopefully for the last time, for 3 months from today. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, learned Arbitrator shall be at liberty of determining his fees for the extended hearing in the arbitration.
