The said terms of settlement is taken on record. The suit is decreed in terms of the terms of settlement. The decree shall be drawn up expeditiously by treating the terms of settlement dated 16th August, 2023 as part thereof. The suit is, accordingly, disposed of.

Any pending application also stands disposed of without any further order since the suit itself is settled.
