It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this petition the petitioner has commenced arbitration proceeding and would be seeking appropriate orders before the Arbitral Tribunal. An accommodation is sought for on behalf of the respondents on the ground that his client is in custody. In view of the aforesaid, I am of the view that no purpose would be served in keeping this application pending.

Accordingly, AP/60/2020 is disposed of.
