...for judgment-debtors The Court:-This is an application for execution of a decree dated 30th November, 2017. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that in an appeal preferred against the decree and there is an order of stay passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 13th November, 2019. In view of the fact that the decree sought to be executed has not become final nor binding nor enforceable EC No. 32 of 2019 is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file an appropriate execution petition in accordance with law, if circumstances so warrant.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the certified copy of the decree upon replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. The judgment-debtor is represented.
