The Court : Counsel for the respective parties are present. Learned Partition Commissioner has submitted report wherein "LOT A" is allotted to the plaintiff and "LOT B" is allotted to the defendant. Counsel for the plaintiff and the defendant have satisfied with the report filed by the learned Partition Commissioner and submits that they have no objection for acceptance of the report. In view of the submissions made by the Counsel for the plaintiff and the Counsel for the defendant the report submitted by the learned Commissioner is accepted.

The Department is directed to draw a final decree in terms of the Commissioner's report by making the report as part of the decree. CS/1/2018 is disposed of accordingly.
