The Court: The petitioner seeks interim protection under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The application of the petitioner for appointment of an Arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Act of 1996 was dismissed on March 24, 2021 upon returning a finding that the parties did not enter into an arbitration agreement. In such circumstances, the present application being AP 58 of 2021 is disposed of.
