...for High Court Administration The Court: Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel having instruction to appear on behalf of the High Court Administration, is justified in pointing out that the present matter ought to be taken up in the appellate side of this Court, in view of the addresses of several respondents, against whom reliefs have been sought, falling outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, in his usual fairness, that there is no objection on the part of the petitioner to carry out

necessary amendments to the computer form annexed to the writ petition and the cause title of the writ petition in that regard. Accordingly, the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner is granted liberty to carry out the necessary consequential amendments for conversion of the writ petition to an appellate side matter, in the computer form annexed to the writ petition as well as the cause title thereof. Upon such amendments being carried out, learned advocate for the petitioner shall serve fresh copies of the amended application as well as a notice intimating the next returnable date on the learned advocates appearing for the other parties and the learned Government Pleader. The matter shall next be enlisted for hearing on the appellate side of this court on February 8, 2022.
