The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that his representation in respect of withdrawal of name of one permit holder in a joint holder permit being no. P.St.P - 06/1987 (IS) has not been considered as yet by the State Transport Authority, though the said letter was received by the State Transport Authority on 24th September, 2020. After hearing the petitioner and also the learned advocate for the State Mr. Amal Sen, I direct the State Transport Authority being the respondent no.2 to consider this representation received by them on 24th

September, 2020 after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. Such consideration is to be made by eight weeks from the date of communication of this order to the State Transport Authority and the decision thereon is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.
