[State] The Court:-Service of the writ petition upon the private respondents has come back with the postal endorsement 'Not claimed.' Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. The petitioner seeks consideration of the legal representation filed on her behalf before the Executive Engineer [Water Supply], Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

None represents the Corporation.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Executive Engineer [Water Supply], Borough-II of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider and dispose of the representation filed before him in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. An opportunity of hearing shall be given to all the necessary parties prior to final disposal of the representation.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward the copy of the legal representation dated 13.12.2023 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communication of the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Cossipore Police Station in Court is taken on record.
