THE COURT: Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner submits that the dispute has already been resolved inasmuch as the alleged contemners are carrying out the order passed by this Court and the applicant/petitioner is able to collect parking fees at all times including at night. In view of the above, the contempt application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
