s The Court : Leave is granted to the applicant to file a supplementary affidavit disclosing affidavits of the other coowners of the immovable properties, being Flat Nos.3C and 7A of premises no.117A, Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata-700029 (hereinafter referred to as the said properties), have no objection to deposit the title deeds of the said properties before this Court as prayed for by the applicant. The applicant shall also state the present market value of the said properties and if the names of the owners of the said properties have been mutated in the records of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Needless to mention that the applicant shall disclose the relevant document substantiated the present market value of the said properties.

The application will appear before this Court, one week after Puja Vacation.
