Mr.T.M.Siddiqui, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and submits this writ petition can be disposed of by order dated 29th January, 2019 made in WP 22 of 2019 (Subhajit Ghosh Vs. State). Mr.Chakraborti concurs.

This writ petition is disposed of as governed by order dated 29th January, 2019 (supra). Time granted by said order is accordingly granted herein for respondent to issue the permit, such time commencing from date of communication of this order.
