... for the respondent The Court: The matter had appeared on 5th May, 2022 but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and as per the prayer made by the counsel for the respondent, the matter was adjourned till 9th June, 2022. On 9th June, 2022 when the matter was called, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner though the counsel for the respondent had filed affidavit-inopposition and for the ends of justice the case was adjourned for a week. When the matter is called on today none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for.

It reveals from the record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP/54/2013 for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
