The Court : This is application filed by a junior Advocate seeking recalling of an order dated 10th May, 2024. The application has been necessitated in view of a communication dated 26th May, 2024 issued by the respondent authorities alleging misconduct of the Advocates who had appeared for them before this Court on 10th May, 2024.

During the pendency of this application it has been brought to the attention of this Court that the respondent has filed a Special Leave Petition challenging the orders dated 10th May, 2024 and 22nd February, 2024 and the same is pending.

In view of the above, as prayed for by the parties, let this matter go out of the list with liberty to mention if the circumstances so warrant.
