The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. Petitioner has filed the instant application praying for amendment in the affidavit-of-asset in connection with PLA/33/2020. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted probate in terms of the Will dated 16th August, 2018 on 14th October, 2020. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unaware of the account maintained by the deceased in Alipore Post Office and the National Savings Scheme being account ID 1256928339 and account No.1598. Considered the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner and after going through the application and documents, prayers (a) to (c) of the Master's Summons are allowed.
