Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned advocate, Junior Standing Counsel, appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner's application has already been considered and if not, is due to be considered shortly.

Respondent no.1 is directed to deal with and dispose of petitioner's application for issuance of licence upon its approval, if not already considered, within period of three weeks from date of communication of this order. Decision should be made known as copied to petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of.
