The Court: Learned advocate appearing for the plaintiff submits that there are typographical errors in the plaint as also in the interim petition. He seeks leave to withdraw the plaint and the interim petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. He seeks permission to use the Court fees in the fresh filing. Considering the prayer made on behalf of the plaintiff, CS 31 of 2021 along with IA No. GA 1 of 2021 are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. The plaintiff is at liberty to utilize the Court fees used for the purpose of filing of the plaint.
