...for the State The Court : This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in processing this application for transfer under special grounds under Rule 4(1)(a) of The West Bengal School Service Commission (General Transfer, Transfer on Special Grounds and Reallocation) Rules, 2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has filed today in Court a recommendation made by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas to the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal for transfer of the petitioner to Champahati Nilmonikar Vidyalaya (HS), P.O.-Champahati, P.S.- Baruipur, Dist.- South 24-Parganas, PIN-743330.

Mr. Jana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is agreeable to the same and accordingly, prays for the Commissioner of School Education to process the application expeditiously.

In light of the above submissions, I direct the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal to issue recommendation in favour of the petitioner for the above school within a period of two weeks from date. Needless to mention, subsequent actions for transfer should be carried out by the other authorities in an expeditious manner.

Since no affidavits have been filed in this matter, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. The writ petition being WPO No. 71 of 2020 stands disposed of. (SHEKHAR B.SARAF, J.) D.Ghosh/S.Bag
