The Court : The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemner has placed on record a resolution of the Board of Administrators dated 4th January, 2021 whereby it has been resolved that in view of the direction as passed by the Hon'ble Court on 30th August, 2019 in WP No. 479 of 2017 read with the direction as passed on 21st October, 2020 in CC No. 6 of 2020 the building comprising of the premises no. 31/1A and 31/1B, Nayan Chand Dutta Street, Ward No. 17 (Architectural Style/ Krishna Palace/Grade-IIB) is formerly removed from the heritage list. The aforesaid resolution of the Board of Administrators is retained with the records.

As it appears that the order of the Court has been substantially complied with by the respondents the contempt application being CC 6 of 2020 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
