The Court: The award-holder is represented. It is submitted on their behalf that they do not want to proceed with this execution application. None appears on the behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any adjournment prayed for on their behalf.

The matter had been appearing in the Warning List and the judgment-debtors had sufficient notice that the matter would be taken up for hearing today. In such circumstances, EC/38/2015 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file an appropriate application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original copy of the award filed and replace the same with photocopy thereof. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
