1. The petitioner has intimated the school that he has accepted full and final claim of settlement of Rs.2,07,431/- including Provident Fund. He is not inclined to proceed with the writ petition any further. He does not have any claim against the school.

2. In view of the aforesaid communication made by the petitioner to the school and to the learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

4. Written instruction filed in Court today be retained with the records.
