Ms. ...for State/ respondent The Court: This is an application under section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking additional security, for the awarded amount in respect of the award dated 24th December, 2018. It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for the present, in view of the fact that section 34 application under the Act is being heard and the order passed in AP-COM/73/2024, the award debtor does not want to proceed any further with this application.

In the facts and circumstances, AP/71/2024 stands disposed of as infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh application if the circumstances demand.

Affidavit in opposition filed by the respondent be kept with the records.
