Mr. Chakraborti, learned Advocate representing the petitioners by placing before this Court the recovery notice dated 23rd May, 2025 would submit that the respondents are threatening with the recovery although, the writ petition is pending, as such, unless an appropriate protection is afforded, the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and prejudice.

A copy of the recovery notice dated 23rd May, 2025 as placed before this Court is taken on record.

Considering the fact that the writ petition is under consideration, I am of the view that the respondents should not proceed with the recovery notice dated 23rd May, 2025 till the next date of hearing. 4.
